Texas Holdem Poker Rules?

I have a question about Texas Hold'em poker, I hope that maybe someone can help me? If half of a tournament I discovered there is no card in the deck, what is the formal decision on what course of action to take? Did you restart the whole game and everyone starts with the original amount of chips? or if you change the deck of cards and continue? Please reply only if you know the official rule about it. Thank you.

There Official rule because this would not happen in a casino style game organized. Now in a backdoor game I think the cover should be on and around the world continue to play because everyone was playing with the disadvantage of the lack of a card for what is right, but even for someone who is taking up 10k and say that my evil is not a missing card Sorry we have to start from the beginning .. that's not fair
